Zelda Vicki Jabroff
November 11, 1952 - February 4, 2024
Zelda Vicki Jabroff was born on November 11, 1952, in Brooklyn, New York. She is the oldest of the three daughters from Herman and Eleanor Jabroff. Zelda sadly passed away on Sunday, February 4, 2024, in Far Rockaway at St. John's Episcopal Hospital at the age of 71. Zelda was always an overachiever and graduated from St. John’s University with her master's degree. After she graduated from college, her career consisted of being a prominent worker in the insurance field in Manhattan. She was a great party planner; she loved animals unconditionally; she loved reading books; and she absolutely loved her family. Zelda, throughout her life, was always a giving, wonderful, caring, soft, and loving woman. Zelda would always give her last to anyone in need. Zelda was a very loving daughter, mother, aunt, great-aunt, niece, cousin, sister-in-law, and, of all, an amazing sister. Zelda is survived by her sister Susan Robin Higgs, her daughter Nicole Jabroff, her niece Comilla Jabroff, her grandchildren Joanna Milea, Vito Milea, Mia Milea, and Jaxon Guarnieri, her great nephews Shawn Jabroff and Jace Jabroff, her best uncle Norman, her cousins Robin and Renee, and her brother-in-law Michael Higgs. As much as we will miss her dearly, we know that she was welcomed with open arms by her late baby sister Helene Jabroff, her parents, her family members, and her best friend Beverly.
