Urbano Luis Cervera

It is with profound sadness that the family of Urbano Luis Cervera announces his passing on November 26, 2023 at the age of 93. He is survived by his wife Venecia of 65 years, his children Zoila, Alexis, Maria and Venecia, seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was born in Santiago de Cuba and always spoke of his beloved Cuba.

A fan of boxing and all water sports, he was also an avid reader of history and literature. A lover of the outdoors, he enjoyed taking his children and grandchildren to the zoo to share his love of animals. During winter, he took his family to just about every museum in the city. He will be deeply missed.

A memorial service will be held at the Lieber Funeral Home on Dec.1,2023 5:30 to 8:30 pm
