A true collector at heart, Rita had a passion for gathering coins, stamps, and comic books. She found joy in reading and took a keen interest in learning about stocks, even embarking on day trading for a time. Her diverse interests and hobbies highlighted her curiosity and zest for life, her enthusiasm was infectious, her laughter and cuteness could light up a room.
Rita was predeceased by her beloved husband, Spiros Elefantis, her brother Maurice Samai, and sister Lynette Balkaran. She is survived by her son, John Elefantis, who carries forward her legacy of love and laughter.
Known for her selflessness and her ability to make others smile, Rita earned the affectionate nickname “The G.O.A.T.” (Greatest of All Time).
