Karen S. Kiefel

Karen Kiefel, of Valley Stream, was called to be one of God’s angels on August 13. She was born August 25, 1950, to Mary and Ronny Benvenuto in Brooklyn, NY. In 1978, she met the love of her life, Alex, and they both instantly knew they were soulmates. They were married in 1980 and created a beautiful life and family. Karen devoted herself to her family and her community over the years. That tireless devotion has impacted the lives of anyone she crossed paths with. Karen’s dedication to volunteering countless hours to the Cerebral Palsy Association of Nassau County will have a lasting impact for years to come. Karen will forever be remembered as a loving spouse to her husband, Alex, a devoted mother to her children Tiffany and Chris and their spouses Dave and Amanda, and the world’s greatest grandma to her 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Tyler, AJ, and Adelina whom she loved with all of her heart.
