Joseph Israel Valmera went to be with his heavenly Father. As he was affectionally known as "Ton Ya" or "Paya". He was a devoted brother, husband, father, grandfather, uncle, cousin, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife Delivrance Exalus, his two daughters Micheline St. Surin and Emmanuella Byas, and his four grandchildren Jendhally (Dally) and Reginald (Reggie), Gregory (Greg) and Emmanie. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
