Eugene Peter Gallagher was born June 9, 1942 to June and Eugene Joseph Gallagher. He was the eldest of their children, followed by Mark, Cheryl, Brian and Donna. He married the love of his life, Madeline Shamroth, in 1966. He is survived by his wife, two beautiful daughters, Denise (Joe) and Christine (Mike), his favorite person of all time, grandson Michael, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Gene was a navy veteran and an outstanding craftsman. He could build, repair and create almost anything. Gene whittled amazing statues, crafted wooden bowls and vases, made jewelry out of coins, and even built a motorized bicycle. His talent was evident. He was funny, kind, humble and loving and will certainly be missed by many who loved him dearly.
