David J. Walsh

It is with much sadness that we announce the passing of our dear brother David J Walsh. His departure from this world at a young age of 58 is heartbreaking. His humor, love of animals, joy of fishing and celebrating life with friends and family will be missed. David is survived by his siblings Robert & Lauren of Connecticut, Thomas & Patty of Valley Stream and Lorraine & John Sheftick of Sayville. He shared his love of the water with his nieces and nephews, Maegan, Steven, Matthew, James, Thomas II and Katie Ann. He will be remembered on Friday January 31st from 4-8pm at Lieber Funeral Home and a celebration of his life will be at St Raymond’s Church on Saturday 2/1 at 10:30am mass, where he served as an alter boy.
