Edythe L. Preller

Edythe L. Preller, a lifelong resident of Valley Stream passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2019, following a year long battle with multiple illnesses. She is survived by her brother, Charles (spouse,Candace), her two sisters, Phyllis (spouse, Lou) and Dorothea (spouse, Ira). She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews and sixteen grandnieces and grandnephews. Edythe was especially fond of dogs, enjoyed travelling, liked playing card games, and delighted in spending hot summer days at the beach or pool. Edythe was a generous person and would go out of her way to help others. Family and friends were her top priority during her 80 years, and she always looked forward to having the opportunity to celebrate special occasions with them. She will be greatly missed.
